self-image

The more I get to know myself, the louder and harder this quote hits me:

"A human being always acts and feels and performs in accordance with what he imagines to be true about himself and his environment...For imagination sets the goal ‘picture’ which our automatic mechanism works on. We act, or fail to act, not because of ‘will,’ as is so commonly believed, but because of imagination.”
Dr. Maxwell Maltz

Your self-image rests in your subconscious mind. 95% of your life is controlled by your subconscious (ie habits/beliefs). So, most of our day is on auto-pilot (much of which are beliefs instilled from the first 7 years of our life.) 😵‍💫
With that in mind, take at least 5 minutes to get into a relaxed state and ask yourself these questions:

🧠 If your external world is an internal mirror of your self-image, what is your external world telling you about your self-image?

🧠 Is your self-image a limiting paradigm or empowering? What is your inner dialogue?

🧠 If your self-image is limiting and negative, and you really believe that your self-image controls your reality, how do you want to feel about yourself?

Write these down or record your answers on your Voice Memo app and re-read/listen to your answers a couple of days after. What happened? Are you seeing yourself from a bird's eye view? Are your answers acceptable?

Remember, we are here to CREATE. Anything you want. You are the only person in the entire world that has the ability to alter or improve your self-image.

Abundance is your birthright.
